The Singapore Health Promotion Board, for the third year has launched the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge at Raffles Lawn. 88.3JiaFM DJ Jimmy Koh and the face of the campaign, local celebrity, Chua En Lai hosted the event.
Chua En Lai took on two personas – Fit Leow leading Team More (The older brother who believes exercise is king) and Win Leow who is in charge of Team Less (The younger brother who believes in healthy eating)
Members of the public learnt the importance of healthy eating and exercise in a fun and effective manner.
To be part of this challenge, you would need to purchase healthier foods and drinks at participating partner outlets islandwide to earn Health points. These health points could be accumulated and be used to redeem attractive gifts like TransitLink points and e-Vouchers.
This year’s campaign will run 26 October 2018.
